Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZ dollars.
If an item is delayed and will not be dispatched within the expected timeframe displayed for the item when it was ordered, the item will be backordered. You will be contacted via email and advised of an updated dispatch date, if available. You can choose to cancel backordered items, otherwise we will keep your order open and dispatch when all items are available.
Payment is only processed for your order when the goods are ready to be dispatched or if required under pre-orders
Delivery within New Zealand
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR ON DELIVERY.
In addition to the estimated product availability, please allow 1 - 3 business days for delivery of your goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.
At this time, we do not process orders for delivery outside New Zealand unless prior arrangement confirmed – contact email@example.com
For security reasons, we do not allow for orders to be collected from our distribution facility.
